

Noreen Mahoney, MPT - Physical Therapy Program Coordinator
Noreen graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2004 with a Bachelors Degree in the Health Sciences and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. In 2007, Noreen obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey.
Noreen has clinical experience in the outpatient, inpatient and aquatic rehabilitation settings. Her primary interest areas include treatment of sports and orthopedic injuries, work-related conditions, balance training, and arthritis management. Her clinical skills are equally matched by her dynamic, energetic, and enthusiastic nature. Her strong professional ethics, dedication and warm compassion support the basic philosophy at Accent on Hands and Comprehensive Physical Therapy.

As a licensed Physical Therapist of New Jersey, Noreen strives to evaluate and treat all patients by utilizing the most current concepts and evidence, while using her best clinical judgment. She attends regular continuing education seminars to enhance her knowledge and clinical skills. Noreen is also an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and more specifically, a member of the Association’s Sports and Orthopedic section.
At Accent on Hands, Noreen provides a unique approach to physical therapy, with focus on "one on one" treatments, "hands-on" techniques, and the ultimate goal of nurturing patients to levels of optimal function.
