About Us

Christina Bentrewicz, PT, DPT

Christina joined the Accent on Hands and Pediatric Advantage team in January 2008. Prior to working at Accent on Hands, Christina worked at Hackensack University Medical Center, where she was a supervisor in the Physcial Medicine & Rehabilitation Department. During her six years at Hackensack, Christina worked in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Her primary areas of interest included the treatment of individuals with orthopedic, neurologic and women's health conditions. Christina's interest in pediatrics first began during an internship at Children's Specialized Hospital in 2001. She has enjoyed the recent opportunity to work with children as a team member of Pediatric Advantage.

Christina graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2000 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Science. She continued her education at Quinnipiac, where she obtained a Masters in Physical Therapy. In 2005, Christina earned a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Christina takes regular continuing education courses to enhance her therapeutic knowledge and clinical skills.

A lifelong resident of New Jersey, Christina currently resides in Cranford with her husband and daughter, Brooke.
